Compliance provides transparency
For Sembach Technical Ceramics rules of conducts that are based on the respect for other nationalities, ideologies, religions and attitudes among other things, are taken for granted and firmly connected with the corporate philosophy. Responsibility for the environment - key word "sustainability" - is getting highly important and is one of our key subjects of the future. For Sembach Technical Ceramics it has always been important to be able to store and access documents - even if they are "historic" - to keep decisions and processes comprehensible at any time.
New for Sembach is not to regard this as a matter of course, but to stipulate and communicate it. The greatest innovation is to collect the wide area of topics under one umbrella term: compliance!
The compliance guidelines are part of the management manual and therefore incorporated into the certification. With the establishment of a compliance-management Sembach Technical Ceramics plays a leading role in the medium-sized companies.
