Responsibility, ethics and fairness: our guidelines describe the goals we want to achieve together with our employees. This includes that we all adhere to a laid down code of conduct and are fair and attentive to each other. With our information security guideline, we ensure that internal data protection is guaranteed. We oppose any form of discrimination and respect human rights. A climate of trust is important to us, so possible violations of our Code of Ethics and Conduct can be reported to us at any time.

We have summarized our corporate policy in a booklet that describes in detail what we and our employees need to pay attention to while working together every day to guarantee a healthy, future-oriented working atmosphere.
