Cookies

Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site. You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website. Insofar as we use technically required cookies and similar technologies as part of the integration of the service, this is done in accordance with Section 25 (2) German Federal Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act. Subsequent data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR for the purpose and in our legitimate interest of being able to use cookies and similar technologies on our websites in accordance with data protection and to be able to easily revoke your declarations of consent.

You can also delete cookies at any time using the appropriate browser setting and prevent new cookies from being set. Please note that our websites may then not be displayed, and some functions may no longer be technically available. Insofar as other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy. The use of these optional cookies and similar technologies in the categories “Preference,” “Statistics,” and “Marketing” are based on § 25 Para. 1 of the German Federal Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act. 7. Plugins and tools

Embedded videos (YouTube)

We embed videos on our website that are not stored on our servers. To ensure that accessing our web pages with embedded videos does not automatically result in third-party content being loaded, we only show locally saved preview images of the videos. As a result, the third-party provider initially receives no information.
The third-party content is only loaded after clicking on the thumbnail. In this way, the third-party provider receives the information that you have accessed our website and the usage data that is technically required in this context, as is also recorded in the server log files.
We have no influence over further data processing by the third party. By clicking on the preview image, you give us your consent to load third-party content.
Embedding takes place on the basis of your consent according to point (a) of Article 6(1)GDPR, provided you have given your consent by clicking on the preview image.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, 94043 Mountain View, United States, Email: support@google.com, Website: http://www.google.com/.). However, we have ensured that the fonts used are integrated locally. This means that when you call up a page, your browser does not load the necessary web fonts in your browser cache to display text and fonts correctly. We have thus effectively ruled out data transfer to a third country for which the Commission has not issued an adequacy decision.

If you would like more information about Google Web Fonts, we would like to refer you to https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
